Lacking in nothing...

Father, your creation declares your greatness and lovingkindness, encouraging statements of pure truth in our daily walk... We should make no mistake, oftentimes, obstacles are simply cleverly disguised opportunities to make a positive difference in the lives of others. James emphasized this when he wrote, "Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing." (James 1:2-4) When we're lacking in nothing we're better able and positioned to help others in their time of need. It doesn't happen overnight, and it certainly doesn't happen without experiencing much sacrifice, pain, and heartache in this life, but when it does happen we experience great joy in knowing we can be there for those needing us the most… Thank you, Jesus, for showing us that you are the way, the truth, and the life; THE answer for those committed to seeking the truth in all things!
