A priceless foundation in Christ Jesus...

Father, your creation declares your greatness and lovingkindness, encouraging statements of pure truth in our daily walk... Are we going where God leads or are we going where WE choose to go? It's a question worthy of each of us to ask on a daily basis. It's so easy, it's too easy to choose the path of least resistance. It has been this way since the very beginning of time; we see, we want, we pursue, we get, and then we wonder why we're so lonely, why we're so unhappy, and why oh why we can't seem to find peace and joy and love in this life. It's not complicated when it comes to this physical life leading to spiritual blessings as the writer of Proverbs so succinctly wrote; "Honor the Lord with your wealth and with the firstfruits of all your produce; then your barns will be filled with plenty, and your vats will be bursting with wine." (Proverbs 3:9-10) Give without expecting, and watch and wonder just how priceless a foundation in Christ Jesus can be… Thank you, Jesus, for showing us that you are the way, the truth, and the life; THE answer for those committed to seeking the truth in all things!
