What is good and acceptable and perfect...

Father, your creation declares your greatness and lovingkindness, encouraging statements of pure truth in our daily walk... Seriously, do I expect to win every single game? Yes I do! But at the end of the day, there's no way I can possibly achieve such a goal; for there are times I make mistakes, times I'm overconfident, and times when I just get outplayed by my opponent. I suppose at the end of the day, it's not purely about winning and losing, but how I choose to respond to adversity that matters the most! I need to learn to simply congratulate the victor and GET BACK TO WORK as I prepare to to NOT lose again. For accepting mediocrity can NEVER be accepted in this life or the next. As Paul reminded the Romans when he wrote; "I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect." (Romans 12:1-2)… Thank you, Jesus, for showing us that you are the way, the truth, and the life; THE answer for those committed to seeking the truth in all things!
