The greatness of God...

Father, your creation declares your greatness and lovingkindness, encouraging statements of pure truth in our daily walk... It's not about the greatness of the giant, it's about the greatness of God! It's easy for us to get confused concerning our emerging definitions of greatness, as our life's experience lead us to try and make sense of the have's and have not's of this life. Yes, there are "giant" obstacles around every corner, and unless we're diligently resolved to overcome, we shall surely fall. But what we often fail to realize is that Jesus is spiritually protecting those of us who have been and are continuing to be obedient to His will for our lives. For "We know that everyone who has been born of God does not keep on sinning, but he who was born of God protects him, and the evil one does not touch him." (1 John 5:18) Truly we are untouchable, and what a beautiful blessing in Christ this is… Thank you, Jesus, for showing us that you are the way, the truth, and the life; THE answer for those committed to seeking the truth in all things!
