The challenges of today...

Father, your creation declares your greatness and lovingkindness, encouraging statements of pure truth in our daily walk... If there's ever been an "ain't that the truth" statement in the Bible (and there are many) this is one of them for sure, "Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble." (Matthew 6:34) With each new day, don't we ALL have our hands full attempting to solve the plethora of problems we'll be forced to deal with before the sun goes down? Absolutely, YES we do! But when I take my eyes off of the prize of doing what needs to be done today, and worry about tomorrow, instantly I reduce my chances of solving both the problems of today AND tomorrow… Thank you, Jesus, for showing us that you are the way, the truth, and the life; THE answer for those committed to seeking the truth in all things!
