Satan is a murderer…

Father, your creation declares your greatness and lovingkindness, encouraging statements of pure truth in our daily walk... Colossians 3:2 instructs, "Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth." Why would this be? Could it be that the things of this earth draw us away from the things that are above, all things, pure and true? Oh yes, this is absolute truth! Why? Jesus tells us why, "He (Satan) was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks out of his own character, for he is a liar and the father of lies." (John 8:44) Satan tells us that it's a waste of our precious time to believe in Jesus Christ, but the truth of the matter is this, plain and simple, Satan-is-a-liar! If we choose to believe in him and follow his ways, it will be a decision we will regret not only today, but tomorrow and for millions and millions of years thereafter... let's not fall into the trap of all traps, but into the loving arms of Jesus, who is there for us both now and forevermore… Thank you, Jesus, for showing us that you are the way, the truth, and the life; THE answer for those committed to seeking the truth in all things!
