One common bond…

Father, your creation declares your greatness and lovingkindness, encouraging statements of pure truth in our daily walk... Who was Jesus talking to when He proclaimed; "O faithless and twisted generation, how long am I to be with you? How long am I to bear with you? ...For truly, I say to you, if you have faith like a grain of mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move, and nothing will be impossible for you." (Matthew 17:17, 20) One side says He is talking about the other side, while the other side says he was referring to the other, other side. When will we ever learn? He was talking to ALL of us, both sides; for we are ALL sinners and fall far short of your glory, O Lord! Yes, we need to call out one another when we're stepping away from the truth in your word; when lies and sinful behavior are glorified and even viewed as ACCEPTABLE, when we attempt to be gods in our own minds as pride pulls us to the dark side of our fleshly desires. There is one truth, one hope in Jesus; this is our common bond in Christ, NOT glorified sinful behavior… Thank you, Jesus, for showing us that you are the way, the truth, and the life; THE answer for those committed to seeking the truth in all things!
