Father, your creation declares your greatness and lovingkindness, encouraging statements of pure truth in our daily walk... In the financial markets, the value of any given stock will be the value of what others believe that value should be. It's relative to so many factors which are completely out of the common man's control, so all we can do is to do our best to predict the future. But in the spiritual realm it's not like this, never has been, never will be. You have grounded us in the foundation of Jesus Christ, your son. You have promised us predictability and given us a stable environment on which to build our faith; "Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change." (James 1:17) This life has variation and change every moment of every day, but what a beautiful foundation in Christ you have built for us, a foundation built to last the test of time, an eternity of tomorrows, an eternity of promises fulfilled… Thank you, Jesus, for showing us that you are the way, the truth, and the life; THE answer for those committed to seeking the truth in all things!
