No one to blame but myself...

Father, your creation declares your greatness and lovingkindness, encouraging statements of pure truth in our daily walk... In life it really hurts when we come to the realization that we have no one to blame but SELF. Oh we would like to blame others for our bad choices, and often we try, but at the end of the day when we finally look in the mirror, we know we need to be accountable to self which is always the first step to making better choices tomorrow that we did today. Does it just happen? Nope! It's a prayerfully concerted effort to take that first step toward recovery; "Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect." (Romans 12:2) Lord, show me good, guide me to the acceptable, and thank you forevermore for making me perfect in the blood of Jesus… Thank you, Jesus, for showing us that you are the way, the truth, and the life; THE answer for those committed to seeking the truth in all things
