Life-changing ways...

Father, your creation declares your greatness and lovingkindness, encouraging statements of pure truth in our daily walk... Mary, the young teenage girl was engaged to Joseph, a young carpenter. I'm sure they were looking forward to a wonderful life together just like all young couples with their entire lives in front of them. Then the angel Gabriel visited Mary and the unimaginable was happening right before their very eyes; Mary, a virgin, was pregnant by the Holy Spirit, and your son was to be born into this lost world, a world desperate for the Messiah to appear. Talk about lives being turned upside down, and in this case, for the good of all of mankind. My take on this is that we all need to be ready to be used by you Father, not in a bad way, but in a life-changing, make-all-the-difference-in-the-world type of WAY. As David loved you, O Lord, may we love you in similar ways; "I love you, O LORD, my strength. The LORD is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer, my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold. I call upon the LORD, who is worthy to be praised, and I am saved from my enemies." (Psalm 18:1-3) Use me Lord, this very day, may I make a difference… Thank you, Jesus, for showing us that you are the way, the truth, and the life; THE answer for those committed to seeking the truth in all things!
