Let not man nor woman separate...

Father, your creation declares your greatness and lovingkindness, encouraging statements of pure truth in our daily walk... I know there's been a movement for many years for women to be more independent when it comes to controlling their own lives, independent of man that is. But it's a beautiful thing when a woman submits to the words of Jesus Christ and chooses to follow the pattern reaffirmed in the New Testament for her relationship with her with the Lord, with her husband, and with her family. Any man who has married a godly woman understands the humbling words of my prayer. You created man and woman to be very different in this life with both being wonderfully made, and both equally important in the marriage bond. I love how Jesus brought it all together when He said, "Have you not read that he who created them from the beginning made them male and female, and said, ‘Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’? So they are no longer two but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let not man separate." (Matthew 19:4-6) What a plan, what a relationship, what a foreshadowing of life everlasting… Thank you, Jesus, for showing us that you are the way, the truth, and the life; THE answer for those committed to seeking the truth in all things!
