Father, your creation declares your greatness and lovingkindness, encouraging statements of pure truth in our daily walk... I've spent a lot of my time in this life trying to see life from a positive prospective, but so often I'm tempted to be driven down by my circumstances, into the negative spirals that are SO easy to fall into. But every time I come to my senses, when I finally snap out of it, I can't help but think of the time I've wasted seeking after my own selfish wants and desires. Self included, we all need to keep our lives in prospective as Paul reminded us when he wrote to the church at Galatia; "I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me." (Galatians 2:20) We have just SO much to be thankful for in this life, not the least of which is knowing the obedient have a place in the next life… Thank you, Jesus, for showing us that you are the way, the truth, and the life; THE answer for those committed to seeking the truth in all things!
