It's go time…

Father, your creation declares your greatness and lovingkindness, encouraging statements of pure truth in our daily walk... Fear of failure has been the prevailing course of action, or lack thereof, throughout the history of mankind. What's crazy about such an analysis of those who have seemed to do whatever it took to avoid failure is that they are the very ones viewed as absolute failures throughout the course of history. Those peeps desired just the opposite, thinking their conservative approach was prudent as compared to aggressive and potentially catastrophic consequences. The bottom line here is that we need to take chances if we ever expect to have a shot at winning in the game of life. The Psalmist wrote, "The steps of a man are established by the LORD, when he delights in his way; though he fall, he shall not be cast headlong, for the LORD upholds his hand." (Psalm 37:23-24) The LORD picks us up when we fall, so what are we waiting for? "For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control." (2 Timothy 1:7) In Christ every moment of every day is GO time… Thank you, Jesus, for showing us that you are the way, the truth, and the life; THE answer for those committed to seeking the truth in all things!
