Father, your creation declares your greatness and lovingkindness, encouraging statements of pure truth in our daily walk... It's true, most of us are in denial when it comes to the aging process. The truth is, our bodies are wearing down day by day from the moment we're born to the moment we take our very last breath. What does it all mean? I am a sincere believer that it's simply part of your grand plan to wake us up to the reality of the fragility of life on planet Earth. Until we know our days are numbered, Satan dupes us into keep on living as if we're going to live forever in our present state of affairs. Is it a lie? Absolutely it's a lie, and perhaps it's the greatest deception this world will ever NOT know! How many will go to their graves not having known the truth of the matter at hand? "The coming of the lawless one is by the activity of Satan with all power and false signs and wonders, and with all wicked deception for those who are perishing, because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. Therefore God sends them a strong delusion, so that they may believe what is false, in order that all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness." (2 Thessalonians 2:9-12) How important is acknowledging that our days are numbered? It's a matter of life and death… Thank you, Jesus, for showing us that you are the way, the truth, and the life; THE answer for those committed to seeking the truth in all things!
