Benefits of a Christian home...

Father, your creation declares your greatness and lovingkindness, encouraging statements of pure truth in our daily walk... If there's one thing in this life we should never take for granted, it's the blessings associated with being raised in a Christian home. That Christlike loving and caring and nurturing that leads to a child knowing the right thing to do in all situations and circumstances; what a powerful beginning in a world chock full of hatred and indifference and neglect. To Timothy, Paul wrote encouraging him to continue down the right path he had been taught from his childhood; "Continue in what you have learned and have firmly believed, knowing from whom you learned it and how from childhood you have been acquainted with the sacred writings, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus." (2 Timothy 3:14-15) Yes, such a household leads to a wonderful life in present times, but even much more important is the encouragement to study the scriptures, and to obey the teachings discovered therein, which in turn will lead us to life everlasting in the name of Jesus… Thank you, Jesus, for showing us that you are the way, the truth, and the life; THE answer for those committed to seeking the truth in all things!
