Be curious, not judgmental...

Father, your creation declares your greatness and lovingkindness, encouraging statements of pure truth in our daily walk... There's a wonderful line from Ted Lasso when Ted says, "Be curious, not judgmental..." It's very easy for us to get frustrated in our day-to-day walk in this life; so many, too many are more than willing to openly demonstrate a lack of empathy, a lack of humility, and a lack of open-mindedness in their so-called relationships with others. I love how Jesus gave those around Himself the opportunity to state why they believed this way or that way, to hear their voice, and then to firmly overlay the truth so all could come to a better understanding of just how LOVE can change this world one "truthful" interaction at a time. "Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never ends..." (1 Corinthians 13:4-8) Ultimately, because Jesus taught us so, one of THE greatest things we learn in this life is to love and to be loved in return… Thank you, Jesus, for showing us that you are the way, the truth, and the life; THE answer for those committed to seeking the truth in all things!
