A no-win situation...

Father, your creation declares your greatness and lovingkindness, encouraging statements of pure truth in our daily walk... What a beautiful change from spending every moment trying to dominate others to serving one another with forgiveness and love in our hearts. Life is too short to hold grudges and spend our time on power plays and manipulation. Yes, it hurts when we see others doing this, especially to us, but my eyes need to be on the prize of Jesus Christ and Him crucified, otherwise it's just a tit for tat world, a no-win situation for all involved. Jesus has a way of making things look easy, including perhaps the best-known verse / way of living ever known or experienced by mankind. Jesus said simply and succinctly, "So whatever you wish that others would do to you, do also to them" (Matthew 7:12) Everyone respects being treated the way they would want to be treated, the ultimate 2-way street… Thank you, Jesus, for showing us that you are the way, the truth, and the life; THE answer for those committed to seeking the truth in all things!
