Ways never before imagined...

Father, your creation declares your greatness and lovingkindness, encouraging statements of pure truth in our daily walk... I believe we all struggle visualizing the positive results we have so fervently prayed for over the years. Could it be because we pray for specific results that probably don't come to fruition in the ways we imagined they would? Isn't it just like us, Lord, to tell you how to do "your job" of showering us with blessings upon blessings? What we don't realize is that most of your answers to our prayers come wrapped in the form of hard work, dedication, and daily effort. Psalms 128:2 teaches, "You shall eat the fruit of the labor of your hands; you shall be blessed, and it shall be well with you." Perhaps my prayers should model this concept; Lord, provide the pathways of laboring so that my laboring will not be in vain, both for the physical blessings in this life and the spiritual blessings that shall surely bless me for an eternity of tomorrows. Not because of what I may have accomplished, but because of Jesus dying for my sins and in doing so, setting me free forevermore in ways never before imagined… Thank you, Jesus, for showing us that you are the way, the truth, and the life; THE answer for those committed to seeking the truth in all things!
