Walk in the light...

Father, your creation declares your greatness and lovingkindness, encouraging statements of pure truth in our daily walk... When receiving advice in this life, one of the best pieces of advice I've ever received was, "Stay true to what you believe!" Well, it's easy for me to state that I believe in Jesus Christ and Him crucified, to the point of me initially dedicating my life to Him, per the scriptures, being baptized into his death, burial, and resurrection. Since that time, I've continued to dedicate my life to Him; my goal is in ALL things I say and do. Do I always get it right? Absolutely not, but here's the magnificent beauty of a life in Christ, He forgives my sins as long as I stay in His loving arms and in HIS light. "This is the message we have heard from him and proclaim to you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all. If we say we have fellowship with him while we walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth. But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus his Son cleanses us from all sin." (1 John 1:5-7) Cleanses us from ALL sin; may those words sink deeply into all of our collective souls… Thank you, Jesus, for showing us that you are the way, the truth, and the life; THE answer for those committed to seeking the truth in all things!
