Things we never imagined...

Father, your creation declares your greatness and lovingkindness, encouraging statements of pure truth in our daily walk... Our health is a dominating topic, especially this time of year. For most of us it's a very real dilemma; to choose to sacrifice or to just let it go and do whatever comes to the forefront of our minds. I truly believe that being a Christian means that we begin to understand that all things have meaning and purpose. You've blessed us with our bodies, now it's up to us to decide how we choose to honor that blessing. Living a disciplined life, one that includes sacrifice on a daily basis, seems counterintuitive to a happy life and lifestyle, but with each passing day of dedicating ourselves to continual improvement, we begin to comprehend that with a clear and definitive spiritual purpose, you begin to show us the ways in this life that lead to a much better life both here and forevermore. When we DO for all of the right  reasons, you bless our servant hearts in ways we never before imagined possible. "Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever! Amen" (Ephesians 3:20-21)… Thank you, Jesus, for showing us that you are the way, the truth, and the life; THE answer for those committed to seeking the truth in all things!
