Father, your creation declares your greatness and lovingkindness, encouraging statements of pure truth in our daily walk... For the youth to be respected amongst their elderly peers, there's really one very simple formula; "Let no one despise you for your youth, but set the believers an example in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity." (1 Timothy 4:12) Sounds easy, but few achieve such status. Why? Because the youthful feel they have something to prove as a result of their studies and/or their youthful exuberances and/or their infatuation with self. But the truth of the matter is this, gaining respect MUST be earned via a lifetime of following through on commitments made. It's not an overnight phenomenon, but rather, a daily commitment to following in the footsteps of Jesus; in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity; it's that simply but yet that complex. But possible by Jesus setting the example for all of us to follow; it can be done… Thank you, Jesus, for showing us that you are the way, the truth, and the life; THE answer for those committed to seeking the truth in all things!
