Father, your creation declares your greatness and lovingkindness, encouraging statements of pure truth in our daily walk... It's been said that laughter is the best medicine. We've all witnessed this in-action; for nowhere would that be truer than when we're around babies and young children. What's the first thing we do? Of course, we do our best to get them to smile and laugh, to encourage them to enjoy life to its fullest. But when we reflect on our own adult lives, we have to ask ourselves, when did we lose that unbridled joy, the type we experienced nearly every moment of every day in our earlier years? Jesus knew the importance of childhood and a child's willingness to follow in His footsteps when He had this interaction one day; "Then children were brought to Him that He might lay His hands on them and pray. The disciples rebuked the people, but Jesus said, 'Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven.'" (Matthew 19:13-14) For such belongs the kingdom of heaven; who knew? Jesus, that's who, and now, so do we… Thank you, Jesus, for showing us that you are the way, the truth, and the life; THE answer for those committed to seeking the truth in all things!
