Father, your creation declares your greatness and lovingkindness, encouraging statements of pure truth in our daily walk... It's been said that the greatest test of faith is when we don't get what we want, but still we're able to say thank you Lord. Too many times we find ourselves questioning every single thing that doesn't quite go our way; saying, "Why does this always have to happen to me?" A better practice would be to search the moments in front of us to measure why the things in our past have happened. We have to ask, could it be that all things happen for a reason and a purpose? It's hard to imagine when that something seems so bad, but until we do, we'll always be questioning "why" with a negative connotation concerning why you did or did not do what WE thought needed to be done. "We rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us." (Romans 5:3-5)… Thank you, Jesus, for showing us that you are the way, the truth, and the life; THE answer for those committed to seeking the truth in all things!
