Father, your creation declares your greatness and lovingkindness, encouraging statements of pure truth in our daily walk... Faith is such a fragile thing, we all want to believe, but then again, Satan is the master at introducing doubt. Usually in small doses, encouraging us to question our faith a little here, a little there until he convinces us that our doubts are surely well-grounded in the logical truth we've concocted in our own minds. So where is the "real" truth? Psalm 19:1 states: "The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of His hands." But what about Jesus, how can we know that He is who He said He was? Jesus stated in John 10:37-38, "If I do not do the works of My Father, do not believe Me; but if I do, though you do not believe Me, believe the works, that you may know and believe that the Father is in Me, and I in Him." Then Jesus made the ultimate sacrifice with the power to remove himself from that suffering but chose to die so that we might live...we OWE IT to Jesus to believe in Him and Him only, and in doing so, being confident that His blood forgives our sins. Farfetched story? Not a chance! There are too many firsthand eyewitnesses both in the Bible and in secular literature, AND the sacrifices made for Christ are too many to be discounted, those who knew Jesus and then were also willing to die to further His cause...not fiction, but fact… Thank you, Jesus, for showing us that you are the way, the truth, and the life; THE answer for those committed to seeking the truth in all things!
