Enemies of the cross...

Father, your creation declares your greatness and lovingkindness, encouraging statements of pure truth in our daily walk... It's rare that anyone would come right out and say that they are enemies of Jesus, or the cross, or even of you, O Lord, but they find ways to say that they are the ones large and in-charge. Singing about worldly / fleshly desires as if you don't care what we do or when we do it, but that's not even close to the spiritual ways you desire for us to pursue in this life. And the real kicker here is that those listening and dancing and following their evil ways are the very children who were created in your image. THIS is truth, THIS is love, THIS is the path you expect us to take; "THIS is the message we have heard from Him and proclaim to you, that God is light, and in Him is no darkness at all. If we say we have fellowship with Him while we walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth. But if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin." (1 John 1:5-7) To walk in darkness while proclaiming it to be the light of life is deceptively misleading, and we should make NO mistake, this unforgiven behavior leads to eternal death, whereas those forgiven by the blood of Jesus cleanses us from all sin… Thank you, Jesus, for showing us that you are the way, the truth, and the life; THE answer for those committed to seeking the truth in all things!
