Do not be anxious about anything...

Father, your creation declares your greatness and lovingkindness, encouraging statements of pure truth in our daily walk... There are pressures, we all feel them, and we all deal with them in our own personalized ways. Granted, oftentimes I try to ignore them, hoping they'll just go away, but rarely is it that simple, especially when others are involved and impacted by the pressures I'm feeling in the moment. But life's experiences teach us that it's always best to hit them head-on, to stop procrastinating and start DOING what needs to be done. Being mindful of others and their needs as they overlay with my own needs is always a great first step toward a better world, a less stressful tomorrow. If there were EVER words to live by, it would be these; "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7) Pressure? No, not really when we put Jesus at the forefront of all we say and do, for He guides our way by His example in both words and deeds… Thank you, Jesus, for showing us that you are the way, the truth, and the life; THE answer for those committed to seeking the truth in all things!
