Be a sheep...

Father, your creation declares your greatness and lovingkindness, encouraging statements of pure truth in our daily walk... Don't we all wanna know where are we going after this life? I know we do! Yes, I know, I know, the Bible is crystal clear on heaven and hell, but until we know, we don't really know. This is where faith kicks into gear; "Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen." (Hebrews 11:1) If we truly believe your words of truth, O Lord, we must believe that heaven and hell are as real as real can get. For Jesus said, "When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with Him, then He will sit on His glorious throne. Before Him will be gathered all the nations, and He will separate people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. And He will place the sheep on His right, but the goats on the left. Then the King will say to those on His right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world (Heaven)'...Then He will say to those on His left, ‘Depart from me, you cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels (Hell)'" (Matthew 25:31-34, 41) There's a price to be paid for disobedience leading to an unwillingness to turn our lives over to the one who really matters the most, and on the flipside, there's a priceless reward for those willing to follow in the footsteps of Jesus...follow like a sheep rather than being obstinate as a goat; this is how we KNOW life after this life… Thank you, Jesus, for showing us that you are the way, the truth, and the life; THE answer for those committed to seeking the truth in all things!
