A right and a wrong way...

Father, your creation declares your greatness and lovingkindness, encouraging statements of pure truth in our daily walk... There's an old-time saying which has been proven by the test of time; "Blood is thicker than water." To me, in its simplest form, it simply means that family relationships are stronger with deeper meaning than friendships or any other social ties. This is all well and good when we have our proper frame of mind and treat family with honor and respect and love, but I've seen it too much in this life, times when the family unit breaks down and life becomes a miserable existence for those stuck in the middle. I feel for such people and their families going through such heartache and pain this every day… there are no easy answers other than being willing to put others first in any and all situations and circumstances! Easy to do? No way!  Why? Because in family it's just too easy to say I'm right and you're wrong without any room for compromise, and every single time this is absolutely the wrong conclusion to conclude! For to hold to this thought process is to declare the end of family as we know it, and that is never EVER the right pathway to love and joy and happiness. For Jesus said, "Have you not read that he who created them from the beginning made them male and female, and said, ‘Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’? So they are no longer two but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let not man separate.'" (‭‭Matthew‬ ‭19‬:‭4‬-‭6)… Thank you, Jesus, for showing us that you are the way, the truth, and the life; THE answer for those committed to seeking the truth in all things!
