Who do we think we are...

Father, your creation declares your greatness and lovingkindness, encouraging statements of pure truth in our daily walk... How could we ever honestly think we're "getting away with something?" Don't we know that our lives are exposed to you, an open book to the creator of the entire universe? Here we are, thinking WE can fool such a power as YOU, O Lord. I don't care who we are or who we think we are, we are ALL guilty of this foolish and naive act of ignorance, thinking you don't know. The truth in this matter has been revealed in Book of Psalm; "O Lord , you have searched me and known me! You know when I sit down and when I rise up; you discern my thoughts from afar. You search out my path and my lying down and are acquainted with all my ways. Even before a word is on my tongue, behold, O Lord, you know it altogether. You hem me in, behind and before, and lay your hand upon me. Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is high; I cannot attain it." (Psalm 139:1-6) May we turn to you in our times of weakness, knowing you know, and knowing Jesus knows, for He walked this earth as we're walking this earth, sympathetic to our temptations and able to comprehend our struggle, and yet still willing to intercede on our behalf… Thank you, Jesus, for showing us that you are the way, the truth, and the life; THE answer for those committed to seeking the truth in all things!
